Young Galaxy’s new album, Shapeshifting, was just released today, February 8th and it’s already getting tons of play by yours truly. The sound is cool. There are no other words for it. They took the best things you loved about synth-pop bands of the 80′s like Depeche Mode and blended it with a little Goldfrapp and the song craftsmanship of Everything But The Girl, and a little sensuality of Sade and it feeds my ears pure gold. The lead single “We Have Everything” is all of those things combined and is a great introduction to those who have never heard of the band. Check out the album and enjoy the single below.
